I requested an in home evaluation of my refrigerator. I was told that I need to provide the make and model to insure that it was a serviceable item. I called as soon as I returned from work and provided the requested information. The dispatcher stated that the tech will be available in a few minutes. There was not a confirmation that the tech was familiar with my appliance. The tech arrived after I disassembled the unit. He stated he was unfamiliar with the unit I have. The problem was not determined. I asked, "if this was yours what would you do?" He told me, unofficially what he thought was wrong. I was charged over $90 for the call. No diagnosis, and a tech unfamiliar with my appliance. I wrote to the company regarding my concern, they promptly cashed my check and ignored the concern I have. Super unprofessional! I asked them explicitly to explain the cost before cashing my check with no response. I do not recommend!

Stop here before you shop anywhere else. You might be suprised.
