If I could give them zero stars I would. Save yourself the agony of being in business with AT&T. Myself and my husband have both had AT&T since 2000. We always loved AT&T and would never go anywhere else. Two years ago we had to switch to Sprint bc AT&T didn't have enough data. We counted down the days until we could get back to AT&T. We switched back in June 2017. It has been an absolute nightmare!!! We have had problem after problem. Some they have fixed and others they haven't. If you do chose to go with them you better record every conversation and copy every chat session. Their employees will tell you whatever they want to rather it is right or wrong. When you uncover their lies or misconceptions they just tell you, "are hands are tied, there is nothing we can do". Or "I just don't have the authority to make it right." I've had 5 people today tell me that they understand and I'm right but they can't fix it. They are completely unethical in the way that they handle their business. Don't walk, RUN far far away from AT&T!

DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE! Do NOT depend on them to tell you the truth or even uphold their 30 day guarantee! You can calmly explain till you are blue in the face and Jennifer, the manager, will keep repeating "There is nothing I can do." like a robot. On April 9, 2018 I went into the store for a new phone, internet and Directv. They DO NOT provide AT&T internet. I was advised to buy Directv Now, BIG MISTAKE!!! Directv Now does NOT have a number you can call to set-up your system, and they DO NOT CALL you to assist you, there are NO instructions and NO WAY to cancel. I had given up by April 27th, but still within my 30 day guarantee. I returned to this store to return the apple-tv device and cancel service. I spoke to Jennifer, the manager. I calmly explained the lengths I went to, Youtube, phone calls to Directv and buying a brand new router, but I could NOT get Directv Now to work. I called Directv and reinstated my account because I had given up on Directv Now. I returned the apple-tv device and requested a refund. Jennifer said No and did NOTHING but repeat "There's nothing I can do." She DID NOT cancel my account! I found an app later and canceled it. All I can do is dispute this with my credit card. DO NOT EXPECT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT. Fair warning. All this over $113.66 they refused to refund.

Even after the Harvey flood destroyed their store they set up in trailers in the parking lot and continue to give great service in spite of adversity.

AT&T is okay for Vidor out here you get a good signal even over here in the world part of Dayton. I myself for now on that $60 a month unlimited everything.

Friendly staff. Came here to solve an issue that the humble location could not. Literally solved it in about 15 mins
