Duncan, David and everyone at Kingwood are awesome. They are always so helpful. That is the store that my husband and always go to and it is because of the costume care that they have. They are truly wonderful.

After spending hours on the phone with customer service they told us we were approved for an upgrade and that we could pick it up at the store. So we get up there and wait for like an hr only for them to tell us we had to put money down, we tell them we just got off the phone with customer service and they approved us for 0 down. They didn't even do much as call customer service to check if what we were saying was true, they just told us sorry without the down payment we can't get out upgrade. So of course we leave and get back in the phone with customer service and needless to say the people in the store (including the assistant manager) didn't know what they were talking about so they are overnighting our new phone to us. I'll never go back there again and I really hope they catch problems from corporate for the way they treated us. There's no place to sit and they make you just stand there for hours it's ridiculous.

T Mobile cramming the Elderly:
My husband a 71 year old disabled veteran and I... have 2 different accounts with T Mobile both accounts... On separate occasions when the accounts were requested and purchased a screen shot was provided to the associate and told very clearly one line for $50. and the second line for $10. the words were repeated and verbally confirmed several times.. a $60.00 bill please...
5 months with them 6 attempts to correct this billing scam.... Nope And it seems cramming charges can vary... my husbands charges todate.... $150 mine only 40..  The 70 plus group... got way more run around than me at 54 and the representatives we're verbally more abusive to him plus further harrassed and distressed him by shutting his phone down twice after complaining about the bill....

Usually very busy. It takes a while to get anyone to help you and when you do, only about half of the staff is genuinely knowledgeable. The demo phones are mostly in working condition although there are some that are shells with a fake screen. The staff that is knowledgeable does their job well; they answer questions and aren't too pushy for sales.
