This location is very bad with customer service, the employees are lazy and not trained to perform their jobs adequately. Management is worse they show no leadership skills and hide in the back of the store. they don't care or want to make their loyal customers feel appreciated. i returned my phone in this store with a NEXT Up and one of the employees NEVER sent the phone in on my behalf. and i was Charged for this phone not being returned.  Instead of assisting me with this matter they basically covered the other and avoiding my need for your prompt response to this matter.  I WOULD NEVER VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN. HORRIBLE STORE!!!!!!!!! THIS STORE IS NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR.

I bout a phone online that was a unlocked phone I asked them for a new sim card because the one in my at&t phone was a different size. He ran my phone number and saw that I didn't purchase any new phones from at&t with that size sim. So the sales guy started lying saying that they ran out of the nano sim cards. Yet all the phones that they had on display for sale were in that sim card size. All they want to do at the at&t stores is sell you something new and not help you with anything else. And by the way their 2year warranty that comes with the phone doesn't cover anything. You have to buy insurance and they can't help you with that rather. You have to call the insurance company your self and make a claim.

I was in there for an hour trying to sign up for two new iPhones on contract. The manager was helping me while also trying to help out two other people. Very unprofessional, after becoming frustrated with the level of service I told the manager that I would go to an alternative store to arrange my phone service. Three weeks later , I am now receiving collection notices stating that I owe $850 for two phones that I never even took from the Rancho Cordova store . Terrible.

Don't waste your time. They are not motivated to help you at all. They treated me like I was the one that inconvenienced them.

I called At &t and said you can drop that store in Zinfandel. Was there today 2/3/2018 waiting for 45 minutes and the guys said he cannot accept the return item as  it was bought online.  He should ask me when I was in what I need to do in that case at least I can save my 45 minutes.
