Did an okay job window tinting before I took a closer look. Tint was cut short then covered with black paint pen where tint was missing. Not only did they used a pen to cover their mistakes, they got that black pen on the interior of my new 2018 car I have had for a week. If I did this type of work at my job I would be fired. Moral of the story for Sundance Audio - If you are going to do a job. Do it right the first time. Now I have to pay someone else to clean up the interior because of your lack of detail, competency, and dedication to your job.

I must of traveled to every shop in town trying to find some that could fix my car alarm and stereo that a local citrus heights store damaged to the point my car dyeing and causing me major issues. Claude got my car in and had me fixed in a few hours. He went as far as to drive me to my daughters school and pick her up because my car was being serviced. Nice guy and I would recommend him to all my friends.

They will unplug old components say they malfunction tell you u need all new ones that old ones are broken bc they think people are stupid. Scam artist. Say they get paid plenty owner seem like hes on major drugs. Ya they have good products but i dont trust anything they say one bit. Went in to get a remote for alarm he spent to much time looking at it come to find out he disconnected a wire thinking im dum wont figure it out thinking my alarm is broken. Said he had to order remote bc he didnt have it in stock, it looks like this one but not he said. Came to find out when its coming bc was date he said itll be there showed up it wasnt in yet. Said well call you. Didnt hear nothing came 2 days later again he grabbed remotes off wall not knowing he told me before it wasnt that one.l, handed me a remote out of package with instructions i said well as long as it works ill figure out how to program it ok took a bs product that was cracked bc i felt bad bc obviously you could tell he was going through it mentally or something. Spent hours trying to followed watched every video on how to. Didnt work so came in to have him program it bc 2 nights before told me to come at night someone will be there i called he said wait they will be right there i waited for 90 min to be ignored. Look if noone gonna b there just say so dont make promises and say things and dont do it simple it waste peoples time. They wanted to take it in back i didnt trust it bc i didnt want them disconnecting any more wires saying i need new equipment so i went with them come to find out its wrong remote and wont work. Over 6 hours with this whole ordeal driving 20 min round trip 4 times to not have a remote and get a refund. So stupid so a waste of time. Over a stupid remote, ya i get people are in business to make money then dont say ur gonna do it and dont, dont play with customers bc you cant get ur head right. Ya i get it yall made some mistakes got bad reviews so ur trying to do so much right but over promising everything playing on peoples ignorance while ur overly aggressive seems on drugs and all over place. Over promising and under delivering. Like i already had a bad week this was just the icing on the cake. Im so sick of ignorance. Kept saying well if remote dont work then ull need new system like he kept pushing for new system bc duh thats how u make ur money i get that but dont lie and scam people then boast how much you make and what kind of car u got like really?

Scheduled an appointment over the phone which went smoothly. But once the day day came it was a mess. The sub install took about 7 1/2 hours and they seemed very unprepared even though I made an appointment.They were missing a part for my vehicle and had to pick it up from Modesto. After install I was looking at my car and noticed they broke all the plastic clips in my engine bay. As well as my back seat belt buckles were flipped around and could not be used. Highly dissatisfied with the install, feels like it was rushed even though they had my car for 7 ½ hours.

People need to realize that this is a business and not one where things are free. If you want quality custom stereo systems then you need to be prepared to pay for labor, merchandise and wiring and custom install labor. You have to understand that if you go to Best buy and purchase goods then you will have to make an appointment to get work done and be prepared to pay for everything i.e. wiring harness, speaker wire. Why would you think that Sundance is like McDonald's and have your order done in 30 minutes and get free fries i.e wiring. Bottom line is that the shop does great work if you can afford your expectations. My example is this: Hey Mr, I want 2 12" subs and a enclosure and 2 pair of really good door speakers and use upgraded 16 guage wiring for the 2 amps to run everything, usually a good set of 6 1/2" front door mids will come with dash tweets, remember the most important thing to pay for is the Deck which is usually going to be over 500 for a really good one. All of this installed with quality work is going to run 4250-5000 easy. You have to get it from the source who knows. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. But Sundance will do there best to make you happy about your purchase but sometimes people can't be pleased and that's not Claudes fault.
