I never think that cell phone providers are going to be a good experience... But they set me up with a nano SIM card for my Google Pixel really quickly.

They do not answer the phone. At all. Ever. I know that most of the time when I'm directed by 611 customer service to go to a store, it has to be a company store, and even then most of the time its BS and the store doesn't/can't/won't help. I called several times. At several different times and they were definitely open. Never answer, ever.

Very very poorly trained staff. not willing to help out with the bogo offer on a new ph with out losing the line.

Nobody EVER answers the phone at this store.  The menu and lack of personal interaction is deplorable.  People like to speak with someone and when you press zero several times,  it should get to a representative regardless..  I hope they change this terrible impersonal practice and become a little more hands on...  Will update later after I go to the store.  I hope it's better than the phone service.
