I recommend no one bring any game consoles to this place....  I dropped my game console off in late September and just got it back today (Dec 16).  Not to mention it wasn’t even fixed!!!!  Then when my husband picks it up asked for a receipt and remember this is two months the technician with a sour face says didn’t you get one already.... my husband than says yes two months ago when I dropped it off and he proceeds to tell him that’s it’s $1 charge to give him another receipt!!!  You would think as courtesy of having the game system for two months he could of at least waive the ridiculous $1 fee.   HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This is one of the greatest stores I've ever been to, especially since it's so close to my house. They have SO many games and cases and all tons of gadgets! The staff is very nice and always friendly. I recommend this store to ANYONE looking for games, computers, consoles, repairs or anything electronic. Awesome store, and awesome people😃👍

I moved to Deltona about 8 months ago and when I walked pass the store window ,they were always closed . Well I'm finally about walk in there for the first time ever. I have so many broken electronics that it would take the next a full month solid to even put a dent in them.  I really hope this turns out to be a good experience. I will let you know after I'm  done shopping and going by there shop. 1st:;Update;;;Well so far not very impressed. They don't know if they are going to be able to help me or not. I can say that when I spoke to a lady on the phone. She was not the nicest person. But everyone has bad days. The repair man was very pleasant to talk to. I gotta go back the next business day to find out the outcome. Stay tuned:

I had an awesome experience here. Not only were they knowledgeable, but fast as well. I dropped my phone off expecting to have to replace a part and they were able to fix the part I already had so the cost was very low. I really appreciated how honest they were. They won't make you pay for anything you don't need.
