I walked into the At&t store just before 4:00 today after spending 2 1/2 hours on the phone. I was told to go here and show ID to get the "fraud" hold taken off my phone. As I arrived I opened the door for 3 young ladies who were almost instantly looked after. I gave my name told her my problem was urgent and was told to wait. After 40 minutes I asked how the long the wait would be and I was told they didn't know but I was # 9 to be served. At this point I realized that people who were "buying" were being served immediately those, like me, with customer service issues were waiting for an extended period. After an hour I complained and was told to talk to the manager. The same guy that had his head down working on a problem the entire time I was there. I asked him to speak with me and he told me to wait. 15 minutes later by-passing others that were waiting longer than me, he insisted on asking me what my problem was. Before I could even tell him he told me that he couldn't help me and that I needed to call the fraud department. I tried to explain that they insisted I appear live with ID at the store but he wasn't interested, I had pissed him off and he told me to wait my turn but be prepared to be told they weren't going to help me. I suggested I should share my customer service experience with some of the prospective clients in the account and he told me to get out of the store or he would call the police on me. That my friends is customer service.

Great atmosphere. Workers are friendly. Plus point they always interact with my kids when we are there. I just don't like the waiting at times I'm there for almost 2 hours

No one answers the phone when I try to call them. When I went to the store the staff seemed more interested in getting me out of there than actually helping. When I spoke with the manager, I could not get more than two sentences in at a time because she kept turning to other customers and associates and she kept talking to me like I was stupid because she couldn't resolve the issue I was having.

I do not knock the staff for the problems of AT&T. They are quick and courteous and at least seem like they are trying to help.

Exactly what the other person RJ wrote. They are very arrogant. I manager tried to him in the beginning but later left me with a rep who wasn't interested to help me at all. I really wonder how they are going to run a customer oriented store with this motive. I waited there for like 2hrs and ended up with nothing. Don't even think to visit this store!
