I would like to say how much I enjoyed my shopping experience at Reeds in Jackson, Ms at North Park Mall. I was shopping for a special piece of jewelry for myself.  The first thing thing that I bought for myself after my husband passed away.  I was helped by Janet Keith. I told her my situation and asked if she could make a suggestion.   She showed me several pieces that I really liked.  Then she found the perfect pendant and chain. I was so very excited.   She was very patient and professional.  I will definitely come back to her !

I have been a customer of Reeds Jewelers for seven years. Renee has been my salesperson and she is such a loving person. She accommodates my needs and I have bought two rings from Renee. I love the atmosphere at Reeds. I feel at home every time I come into the store and they make me feel like family. I love Mrs. Renee and her staff at Reeds Jewelers and my family will forever shop with her store.

I came into the store looking for a nice men's ring with diamonds. Colette introduced herself and treated me like her best friend. We both graduated from the same college and I felt like we were long lost friends. Her customer service is outstanding and she goes out of her way to please her customers. I ended up buying a 1 carat diamond ring for myself from Colette. If you want great service please see Colette, she is super awesome and very sweet.
