This location used to be one of the best locations, unfortunately this location been declining severely in the last three years. Staff need to be more friendly, faster and appreciative to loyal customers. I'm surprised that staff don't care anymore about old and loyal customers. This was a good reason to switch to another carrier

AT&T has someone open the door for you which is nice, but you have to wait forever just to get services. Once your talking to an employee your out in no time. The customer service is great.

These people are unable and unwilling to work on a problem that they created. We bought a phone, wrote a check. While we waited they verified the check. A month later, the bill for the phone showed up on our phone bill. We called customer service. "Go to the store, they said." We asked at the store, "where's the check?" "Oh this is your banks problem", they deflected. Our bank says they have never seen this check! And where is the check? Last seen in YOUR hands Mr store manager. . His suggestion: call customer service. Now we are out $30 fee to our bank, as we have now paid on- line to ATT for the phone and some where at ATT is this check, and I am wondering when they will find it and deposit it.
