Just when I think Best Buys are improving, they remind me why I always disliked them. I order a product on-line, wait several hours, get the email, go to the store and then find out they don't have any in stock. People in the store are nice about it, but no-one does anything to make it right. Wasted 90 minutes of my time driving to and from the store. Now I have to go some place else. It will NOT be another Best Buy. It's sad that all store fronts are closing, but there's a reason.

Always a great place to shop but didn't have the size of refrigerator we need except online. I'm one of those touching feeling shoppers. That's why this time I only give 4stars. Still great knowledgeable employee's.

Most of the employees here are very helpful. However, the customer service at the Geek Squad counter was lacking today. The representative had a negative attitude when helping me and made me feel like I was bothering her rather than coming in for help. After starting the service, she then explained that it was going to be $40. I had made an appointment under the impression that I had coverage included with my purchase but she couldn't find it. She ended up helping me without charging but she sure seemed to resent me for it. My guess is that she is being overworked and had to deal with rude people, but it would benefit Best Buy to train Geek Squad with customer service skills if they want people to purchase their services in the future. Next time I'll go somewhere else.

Kate with Geek Squad was very helpful. She assisted with the setup of my laptop. Very professional attitude and very knowledgeable.
