Went into this location because I needed to replace my phone.  What an incredible experience - seriously!  I was helped by Ziad, who took the time to explain all my options on the phone I was looking at (Samsung Galaxy S8+) as well as to tell me about the accompanying specials, etc.  He helped me get everything set up, answered ALL of my questions, and I walked out of that store with a brand new phone, feeling very, very happy!  For those of you who haven't been in this location in the last 12 months or so, they totally redid the interior, which gives the store a much more relaxed and customer-service oriented feel.  Getting a new phone can be an overwhelming experience, but not this time, and not at this store.  Thank you!!

The salesperson at this store gave us incorrect information in order to get us to upgrade our phone. When we went back to complain, he admitted to giving incorrect information (said he simply did not know the correct information) but said he could do nothing to resolve the problem. The manager of the store has not returned my calls. Do not use this store!!!! If I could rate this store ZERO stars, I would.
