This is one of the better at&t stores,nice staff and very helpful most important they know what they're doing not like crossgates.

I would give it zero if I can. I've been waiting here for 45 minutes and the sales people are chatting with other customers for ever. There are only two representatives here while there are five people waiting. And they don't care. No apology or speed up. They think it is totally okay for keeping us waiting.

only giving 1 star because I have to! customer service here is TERRIBLE. the store manager is condescending and extremely rude! The employees ruined my account and when the mistake was brought to their attention I was escorted out and had the police called on me and sent to my home telling me I am BANNED from this store!!! UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE LIARS HORRIBLE WOULDNT TELL ANYONE TO GO HERE!!!!
