Outstanding customer service. I dropped in without an appointment and was professionally greeted by Emily who privided me with exceptional customer service answering every question and accommodating all my needs. Taking ample time to address all my questions and guided me to how I could save  and make the most out of my existing long time service with att. Calling into att is a night mare on most cases having to wait an hour on hold. Today I walked in and had the best experience possible. Emily is the perfect example of perfect customer service. :)

Went to this store for an upgrade.  About 30 minutes after I left the store 'someone' purchased an iPhone 7 on my account and was shipping it to an address right around the corner.  Coincidence?  I don't think so.  Use this location at your own risk.  I spent about 4 hours on hold with AT&T customer service getting the transaction cancelled and ensuring there was no other identity issues.  The store staff played dumb and were no help at all.  Best case scenario, they have no idea that someone very close by is hacking their transactions. Or...someone who actually works there is using customers' accounts to buy phones and then shipping them to a nearby drop address.

Marvin saved my life dealing with a phone transfer from my phone with a broken screen to my new phone from my extended warranty. He was very friendly and easy to work with. Excellent customer service!

This by far has to be one of the best AT&T stores I have been to. Everyone was so helpful and got me what I needed and things I did it even realize I needed. Super friendly staff and overall great experience.

These people don't care about helping you. They think that a christmas gift not showing up is a joke and did not try to give me a solution. Just getting them to even look up an order was a struggle.
