I called as I always do, to make sure not to waste my time. I made sure to have the person pull the parts to make sure the parts are in hand. I drive 40 minutes  there and they did not either listen or pay attention to what they where doing either way wrong part and would have to order. So I now ordered it on line for 25% of the cost, but I was willing to buy from them now  I'll just go somewhere else. By the way AJ that's 40 minutes each way,
 1 HOUR and 20 minutes of driving.

What I would call a "hole in the wall" kind of place. This type are the best places to go. Went there for lunch and it was off the hook. Friendly waitresses, good atmosphere.  I'd eecommend it. But look closely 'cuz if you blink you might miss it.

I don't know if it was just that it is a new store with inexperienced people or what but this was the first bad experience I've had with an O'Reilly's. I came for a lug nut and a post for which I called ahead to make sure they had. I got there and they did not have the lug nut or anything close but they did I have the post which I did not buy at that time because I did know if it was correct. Hopefully their service will get better but I did not feel that welcome today.
