We came yesterday 1/8/17  to add a line to our plan around 3:30. The gentleman working had the doors locked and was sitting inside playing on the computer.. I pulled on the doors and he didn't move.. I waited about 10 minutes to see if someone else came out and no one came from the back. I called twice and no answer. So I knocked and he threw hand motions at the door letting us know he wasn't coming to let us in. I signaled back that I didn't understand his hand motions and he continued again and then got up and walked off... I find it extremely rude to not come over to the door and let me know what the deal was since they were suppose to be open until 6. Needless to say they lost out on my business and I had an excellent experience at the Cypress Gardens location in the plaza.

Despite you have to wait a little bit the customer service is good and they help you resolve any issue.

Finally some wonderful customer service from an AT&T location! Jason went above & beyond helping me! We have a business with several phones & Jason will be who I go to from now on! Don't waste your time going anywhere else!
