Very friendly and helpful staff. My salesman needed help occasionally from more experienced staff. He initially didn't offer me lowest price until I saw a sign posted in the store. But after I asked about it, he jumped through hoops to get me everything I need for lowest possible price. So do your homework about sales & promotions before you go.

Don't go to this T-Mobile store - they will do anything to get you to switch to them, even if that means lying about the price! The manager is NO help, she will pretty much call you a liar, if you were told a different price. They need to train their associates better. Don't sign anything unless you have them write what your monthly bill will be. I would only give them 1/2 of a star

I am impressed by the friendly service at this T-Mobile store, especially Andrew is a good nature support person. Andrew anticipated all my needs and prepared things ahead of time. He helped me all the way even pass his shift so I don't have to repeat and explain the same requests. Andrew is efficient in ways that he talks clearly, to the point and not wasting time. Thank you Andrew for a job well done.

The people in this store do not have the right information... They just try to make it sound like they know and and act like they are professional when answering questions. They told me a totally different thing than what it says on the T-Mobile website. I wasted my time and money on this store, Dont trust them. Go to a better T-Mobile store.

Best store I've ever seen and had an expirence to ever shop at. All the employees are very helpful and made sure that my phone was put together and it was fine with a smile.
