Showed up at 7:30pm on a Friday. The doors were locked. My wife and I were ready to buy a phone. The door sign said 9:00pm and online said 8:00pm. They said the store was slow, so they were closing early for the night. They missed out on a sale and earned 1 star from me. Not my loss, we'll just buy online. I guess brick and motar stores are slow for a reason.....

Love this store! All of them deserve a bonus from corporate just for being friendly and great employees. Noelle and Sylvia especially! They were patient explaining things to my husband and I while our three year old was acting up. Noelle even sat with him to let us finish buying our iPad & new phones. When my son got injured in the store they were quick to provide us with a first aid kit, and held everything for us to pick up the following day. Great great store. I go no where else when I deal with AT&T.

The employees are friendly. That's the only good thing I can say. Phone associates and services are terrible. Totally unprofessional.

Internet sucks it loses connection all the time everyday ive already had them come over four times to fix it but it still wont work i wouldnt recommend there wifi dont get it
