This store gets only one star because of only one staff member. Let me start by saying I have been using this store for probably 10 years. In particular, Shirley and Phillip have been wonderful. Now however, there is a person working there name McKelle. The very nicest thing I can say about him is that he is a COMPLETE IDIOT. He would probably find a way to screw up folding paper bags at Vons. If you go into this store and he is the only one available, keep the additional 10 years on your life span and turn around and walk out!

I loved their Team! They took the time to help both my mother and I and even went the extra mile all the way past closing time. Thank you guys!!!

I had a great experience here! Such a convenient location and it was easy to make an appt with a fast repair (30mins to get the screen replaced on my cracked iphone 5). I would definitely recommend this place!

I was looking to upgrade from the iPhone 4 to an iPhone SE, so I called the store to get an idea of how much it'd cost. Alex was the customer service representative who answered, and he patiently walked through each step of the process, and answered ALL of my questions regarding the availability of the product, the pricing, and the payment plans through AT&T Next. And let me just add, I had a lot of questions. I was bummed about the phone not being in and not being able to pay for the phone outright, and through it all Alex stayed attentive and sympathetic. The phone wasn't in-stock, (I checked with the Apple Store a few days before this, it was back ordered there as well), but Alex was very polite about explaining the situation, and let me know that even if I ordered my phone through Apple, they'd be happy to get the chip in and get me rolling with no problems. This entire review was based just off a phone call. I'd definitely swing by the store in-person if I need anything related to my AT&T plan!
