Not enough cashier's for the line. It took quite awhile!!! When I went, the line was long and there was only one cashier! So that's why the 2 stars. I do try to avoid this location between 2 and 5 or 6, too, though Therefore, I think between 10'ish and 2 would be best time to going there. It's right by a high school, and the teens meet their parents in this parking lot. They don't seem to care where they stand, so they are out and about in the parking lot and it's hard to drive around there. At least for me.

Didn't get her name but the cashier that rung me up was just amazing! I've shopped at 4 Michael's locations throughout the area and although this one has been the most busy, I somehow managed to get exceptional service from the cashier. Thank you!

The most cleanest Michael's store I have ever been to. The employees are always helpful and friendly here.
