I've always had good experiences at this location; however, this time I was assisted by Mr. Tom Griffith, when I visited this location today. He went above and beyond to ensure I walked out satisfied with my trip and that it was a smooth easy process for me to get what I needed. His level of professionalism and customer service skills are above the standard.

Customer service was disrespectful, they told me that the Sim cards cost 20$ and he says they will make it back to normal price tomorrow. He was trying  push away my sell away vary upset!!!! only in tooele...

Love these guys.  Jason was the  biggest help to us.  They have a fine team there,  and they help each other out to help the customer.  Great customer service.

I have always had nothing but a great experience here. Staff are very personable and efficient. Wish my experience with AT&T elsewhere was this good
