I got my snow tires put on  10/18 and I came there  early afternoon. I waited 4 hours to have my snow tires put on. They were already on rims.  Today I came in this afternoon to SIMPLY have my new snow tires torqued and make sure they are good after putting on 100 miles. I was there for 2 hours and I walked out. There seems to be something really wrong with how things are running to have 3 customers and have taken a little over 6 hours of my times. I am a very patient person and for me to write this pains me. I hope this place gets better, I won't be back to find out.

The guys here are awesome, they really saved me one day when I was replacing the springs on my car and could not get them compressed.  They were able to get the old ones off and installed the new ones super fast and for a very reasonable price.  

Another time we were heading out of town and the main manager was willing to do an air check on our tires, we really appreciated it.

The customer service here is fantastic.  I one had my wheel bearings torn apart and was in desperate need to have the bearings pushied out of the hub assembly.  I showed up 15 minutes before closing and they stayed late to finish them for me that day.  Very knowledgeable and always pleasant to work with.  They are easy to find from the main road and are very accessible for any type of vehicle even a semi.

Went there today just to have my new tire put on my rim and get it balanced And put on car so i could get off my spare donut and there were only 2 cars in the bay with 1 mechanic at each car. And then 3 standing around I go in and the guy said it's gonna be a 3 hour wait. Not happy today because I been on my donut for a few days trying to get in and i bet it will be this way tomorrow to

They went above and beyond to make me happy. The studs and lug stripped on me, they were the last to touch my tires. I called them, they said  do your best to get back there and they can help me. Was able to get the lugs back on and drove to them.they replace all 20 studs and lug at no charge. Justin the assist manager is the bast. I am customer for life.
