The sales associates are only interested in trying to sell you a new phone. Not trained in problem solving. I've tried to give this store the benefit of doubt and have left fustrated 3 separate times, I'm done. Better off driving to the actual at&t store off Andresen & 63rd.

Upgrades, purchases and anything else we need has been easy and quick here. Never had an issue.

The worst experience with any provider for sure. The kid lied repeatedly to my face,Brent or Brett. Stay away from these shady liars. I was told so many lies to get me to switch carriers. Beware of the word "free".  They will tell you anything to get that commission.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever had! Battle Ground AT&T is the worst ever, don't ever go through them! Not only did they run my card and say it didn't work (yet it did)...but they were supposed to refund my money ($200) a month ago and I've talked to the manager three times and every time he tells me my return will be refunded but yet it still hasn't and he refuses to return my calls and they refuse to give me a number to someone higher up. I can't explain how irritated I am and disappointed! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
