I have used them in the past and thought I could trust them. Apparently, not so. I took my computer in because there was an app on it that had quit working and I needed it to take online classes. They couldn't help me without running a complete diagnostic on my computer first. Kiss $55 goodbye. When next I heard from them they claimed my computer was "full" of viruses and malware and I should let them wipe it and start over. Just cleaning it up wouldn't work because it wouldn't function properly afterwards. (it has worked fine on other computers in our household in the past). Then they said my problem was the antivirus software I was using and I should get a specific one from them. In the end I did none of these. Talked to another IT professional who said there should be nothing wrong with the brand of antivirus software I was using. It was the one he used on his computers and he worked for many years for Bank of America (at home, so he accessed their computers with his home computer. If B of A trusted him with their software, I think he should know what he is talking about) I also checked online with either pcworld or pcmagazine (can't remember which) and they said I was using one of the top three free antivirus programs that existed. In the end I brought my computer home. Everything else on it was working fine so I spent another hour or so searching online and came up with the answer to fix my app problem and it is now running beautifully. And.... I am not out $100 to $150 for something I don't feel I needed in the first place. Shame on them!!!

I went here to buy a graphics card even thou they charge 12.99 more for it then Best Buy, but I did not feel like driving al the way there. So I went and purchased it for 75 dollars. I got home and installed the video card like I have many times before with many other Pc's I have had. It stayed as a black screen.. did not work!! So I set my pc back the way it was (which I should say it is brand new. 2 months old) and it does not work.. It keeps rebooting. and saying that it is unable to start windows. So I take the computer and the video card to them and tell them the card is bad and I want to return it and for him to just look at my pc to see if there is anything wrong with it.. There is to be no money for this since I stated that to begin with.. They said we can get that card working for you here quick and give it back to you.. Again free of charge. Well 2 days later and still not done and no call, so I call them and they say they cannot fix it.. Funny a computer fix shop that cannot fix a computer. So I say ok well I want to return that defective card And pick up my now 2 month old broke pc. I get there and he does the paper work and gives me ten dollars and my pc.. I say where is the rest of the money. 50 more dollars.. They tell me there was a 50 fee for looking at my computer.. THAT IS NOT FIXED AND HAD NOTHING DONE TO IT!!!! so now I Payed them 59 dollars to make my new pc not work.. These people are a joke.. DO NOT GO TO THEM OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! They do not know what they are doing!!!! And they will charge you for it.

I have received good service from DCS. Three computers and a lot of technical work and accessories and still no problems. You need to buy here if you want a computer that is clean.
