When the store first opened they were SO busy it was common to wait an hour or more for help, even with a reservation. You never know what  the customer's needs before your are. Can't judge by that. I have been a five minute customer and an hour long customer. The service has never been poor. The last 3 years they have been truly outstanding and some of the most lively and fun people to interact with. It's close to home. Good people and a well run store.  The people that want to one star things tend to do so regardless of the business or situation. If things aren't their way the very moment they enter the establishment, they are miserable. Chances are they are also miserable at home. Love my AT&T store. You guys rock!!!!

Greeted at the door by a clerk who called me dude several times. When I asked him not to call me dude, he switched to man. Dude/man asked me to wait for a customer service rep. After standing around for 15 minutes without getting help or acknowledgment, I walked out.

Walked in people were looking at us funny. Rep wouldnt listen to what I had to say. Didn't feel welcomed. This store is horrible.

Horrible service,  if that's what you call it, we switched providers in January,  still getting a bill, after final bill?, not sure how that works, call customer support , they say to go inot the store they can't help, the store tells us we have to call Customer support,  so now are credit is messed up, and they never actually told us where the charge came from, sounds real shady, all the other reviews say that they are lazy, that is ture, no help what so ever.

If I could give a -5 start I would! The staff seemed nice when we 1st walked through the door. The rep asked for my name and said there's only 2 people ahead of you guys. All of sudden more people started coming into the store & were being assisted ahead of us. 40 minutes later, we still had not been helped. I walked up to the rep to let her know that we'd been waiting for far too long and it doesn't make sense that an entire group of people came in after us who were helped. She insisted that we were next. I declined and said we'll go somewhere else where service is better. I do not recommend going here.
