Great, friendly people and exceptional service. This was my first time using their services and when I went back in to pick up my item, the gentleman remembered and greeted me by name. Excellent quality on a ring re-size, you can’t tell it was ever altered. I will certainly go to them again and recommend them to others.

The staff at Robinson's jewelers are so friendly and helpful. My ring was a family heirloom that needed some updating: replacement of the shank, prongs and resizing. The staff was great at explaining what it needed, they were upfront about the cost and they were prompt with servicing it and calling me to pick it up. I picked it up with my two year old and they were so sweet with him! It just goes to show the type of people they are. :)

My ring now fits, looks sparkly new and I don't have to worry about the diamond falling out.

Robinson Jewelry made my 21-year-old engagement ring look like new again. I also had a watch crystal replaced. Maggie was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was also helped by a gentleman whose name I did not get; he, too, was exceptional. Thanks to you both! My repairs were finished before their estimated dates. I will visit Robinson Jewelry for my future fine jewelry needs, for sure.

Had a great experience buying an engagement ring here. The staff were very helpful in going over a number of options, and were able to get the ring crafted within a day of my purchasing it. Great experience overall, I would highly recommend Robinson's jewelry to anyone.
