Kevin, Spencer, and Emm are 5-Star, quality AT&T representatives. They have helped my wife and I several times and every time we leave with a better understanding of our phones. They are THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!

Went there to switch from tmobile...kev was super accommodating and friendly...Spencer the manager was super nice and helpful...marissa is a doll...
Can't begin to explain how Kev made it super comfortable to make the switch and now my bill is $100 cheaper a month.

He hooked us up with trade ins for our old phones and we were able to get a bunch of accessories including 4 smart watches..
Also would like to shout out to Louis for fixing our issue with getting the watches and Spencer for getting the deposits waived..

Can't say enough thanks to the team at the nampa caldwell blvd store for being friendly, nice, accommodating  and helpful with our big transaction!

Asked specifically for a wireless charger with "fast charge" capability for my Samsung note 5. Salesman, which come to find out was the manager, sold me a wireless charger and flat out lied to me stating that it would fast charge with the white "fast charge" adapter. Not true, you also need the appropriate "fast charge" wireless charging pad. Upon returning, another salesman was not going to refund my money (I paid cash) even tho receipt clearly stated that I was returning within the timeframe, next to the description of the item I purchased, stating they don't do returns on cords and chargers (Not stated on receipt) Told me "I don't know what u think u heard." Referring to convo i hadvat purchase. And on top of it all, could not refund the whole $40 cash bcuz of some policy where he could only refund $20 cash and give the rest store credit. Finally, was able to refund full amount to my debit card which took 72hrs to process. Happily went to Verizon store and paid $70 for the correct product. Manager lied to get a sale knowing the policy that chargers and cords could not be returned. Bcuz of this experience i will never give AT&T my business anywhere ever.
