I recently had to purchase a prescription and we went to this Walgreens and I am sure glad we did. The Pharmacy Staff was fantastic. They helped me get a discount on my medicine and answered all my questions. Very good crew here!

Worst possible place to get any meds filled not only are they slow but incompetent as all get out and expensive I refuse to get meds filled here I will wait til walmart is open no matter how bad I need the meds

I had driven from Boise as a last resort & bought a box of insulin syringes from the pharmacy only to get home & realize 10 of them are missing. Any other walgreens I've been to, they count to ensure they're all there prior to giving them to the patient. When I called to see what could be done the Pharmacist (not the tech) seemed annoyed, & although he offered to let me come pick them up, he didn't seem sympathetic or understanding at all that I could not drive from Boise for them to correct their mistake at 4am & would have to drive there to get the rest of what I already paid for during normal business hours. He basically said I'm SOL unless I went right then because the next pharmacist may not give it to me. I'm sure he could've left a note for the next one on shift explaining the situation which could've also been a training opportunity, but instead he didn't care about it when I had already driven 30 miles out of my way to that pharmacy once & would prefer to pick them up when it's not 4am. He seemed agitated, careless & as if he hates the fact that he works graveyard..... However, the pharmacy Tech (although she should've counted to ensure they were there before selling them, but I'm sure they do as they're trained to, or lack there of..) was very sweet & pleasant. The reviews for this Walgreens are really sad lol. For a 24 hour Walgreens, which we need more of, I hope they find a way to make this store up to par with the other Walgreens locations. I also don't see the need to require a key for the bathroom....I've never been to a Walgreens that requires that & it's rather unnecessary & seems a little ghetto? I'm sure there's a better word for it but yeah. Get it together.

THIS IS THE WORST WALGREENS PHARMACY EVER. 

Everyone is clearly incompetent. They tell you that they will send you a text notification when your meds are ready but they either take HOURS to fill the simplest of prescriptions or they tell you that your meds are ready but they really aren't. So when you are waiting for them they make you take a lap around...or in my case THREE.

THEY TEXTED ME 2 HOURS AGO saying my child's meds were ready and when i come to pick them up, they tell ne they aren't and to take a lap because there's a "long line" behind me.... there was one car. The second time I had to take a lap there was a car in front of me and the third time there were 3. 

I'm never getting my meds sent here ever again. GROSS INCOMPETENCE.
