I noticed that I’m not the first to have this issue with this store creating an account and appointment for home internet services. THEN NOT ACTUALLY MAKING THE ACCOUNT OR EVEN MAKING AN APPOINTMENT! I mean honestly, isn’t that your job? If I could give them No stars I would. I just spent my whole morning on the phone with customer service creating an account and then telling me I have to wait another week for internet services. Great job 👏🏻

The staff here were great! The person helping us was honest about how much each option cost, gave different options to try and save money, and the best option was to wait. He was there to help us, not to make a sale which was EXACTLY what great customer service is about. Thank you!

Poor customer service from the only store manager onsite (wouldn’t provide his name)on November 4th at 3:30 at the store on Union Avenue.  The store manager made the older gentleman in front of me feel stupid for thinking “he could just stroll in on a Saturday afternoon and expect to be waited on within 30 minutes.”  Then was demeaning and patronizing to me. I had received an email from ATT saying my order was ready and thought I could swing by and pick it up.  Instead of kindly explaining that wasn’t the case, he was sarcastic and impatient 
and threatened to cancel my order.  I wouldn’t recommend anyone use this store on Union.

Great knowledgeable staff!  AT&T 🇺🇸 American Telephone & Telegraph invents solid products + premium service! Union + E. Parkway  Lenox~Midtown Memphis great spot!

I spent 2.5 hours of my weekend here trying to purchase an extended data plan for my apple watch 3. It took a half hour to gt served , but then the person serving be disclosed she had never configured a watch before. After an hour of no joy her manager came over and showed her a view things and then walked away. She ended up calling ATT corporate help and then proceeded to be put on hold for 15 minutes until redirected to another  part of the Att hep desk. The person on the other end tried to walk her through the process but to no avail. She then explained it's probablyanApple problem and I should ask or a replacement. If this turns out to be true I will return and modify this review.
