They did a wonderful job taking care of me. They stayed on the insurance company until it was resolved with a fair outcome. They immediately got me set up for physical therapy and took all of the worry off my shoulders. You can't go wrong with this team of individuals.

Mr Atas was recommended to me by my real estate attorney. I had an issue with a contractor suing me for work performed on a property. Mr Atas counter sued the contractor for his terrible workmanship. To make a long story short, Mr Atas won the counter suit and got me even more than what I had paid the contractor. Very successful result for a difficult case. I was very grateful for his diligent efforts! I would recommend him to anyone.

I have used and recommended the law office of Marc Atas for many years. I will say that they always make the process of injury claim less stressful from identifying, scheduling therapy to dealing with the insurance. Greatly recommend.

Dealing with a Worker's Compensation claim was genuinely one of the most stressful experiences of my life. That changed when I found Mr. Atas. Having such a competent and compassionate attorney took an immediate weight off my shoulders. Mr. Atas was always exceptionally prepared, kept me apprised of my case at each step, and got me a great result. I hope to never need his services again but should I ever get hurt in the workplace he will be my first call.

I had a very positive experience with Mark Atas in pursuing a Workers Compensation claim. He was successful in working through mediations and reviews. Mark was available when I had a question and he helped me prepare for all court appearances. I would use Atas Law whenever I need a lawyer and recommend him highly.
