Every visit I have had, it has been about 30 min of actual work and about 3 hours of waiting. Followed by most of the work being done by dental assistants. 

And if there is a problem with their work, you better get it fixed while you are there, or it will take weeks to get back in. When you call to set an appointment , it is routed to some answering service they have in California, so you never really speak to the people at the Dentist office. 

I have one thing to have fixed that wasn't done correctly the first time, and I will be bringing my family to another Dentist office.

One thing I will say though in their defense is: The doctor that I had do my work does superb work, the problem is you mostly have inexperienced dental assistants doing most of the work.

This facility has been my first choice for a few years now. My toddler has his cleanings here, and I have had extensive work done including ortho. We have always been treated with respect and are made to feel important. I'd recommend their service to anyone.

I went there for the first time. I have never had a bad experience with any dentist in the past. They took x-rays and told me I would be needing a root canel and crown work down. I agreed to get the work done but was told they were going to prep the tooth for the specialist and place a temporary crown. They told me I would have to wait about 3 weeks to get the root canel done by the specialist since that was the earliest appointment. After that work was done, two days later I started to feel pain on that tooth and felt has it was loose. I took tynenol for a couple of days and then called to tell them my temporary crown felt loose. They didn't seem to really care when I spoke to them over the phone and told me I would be experiencing pain since I needed the root canel done. (I was not told I would be experiencing any pain, if I would have been told I would never agreed to get the work done) They also told me if my temporary crown hasn't fallen yet then I should be good after I repeatedly told them It felt loose. I gave it a couple of more days, and I was popping pain killers like crazy. Could not sleep and finally on a Friday, my temporary crown fell off and I experience the worst pain ever. I called and had a dentist assistant place another temporary crown due to no dentist being at the office that day.  Well that temporary crown that was placed hurt really bad when being placed and no kind of anesthetic was used. After the dental assistance observe the great amount of pain I was in , she seem concern and told me I had a small abcess and needed the root canel asap or I would possibly would have to have be tooth extracted.  I was prescribed an antibiotic and a pain killer. What pissed me off more is that another dental assistant walked in and had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to get my deep cleaning done since I had cancelled it prior to getting there due to my bad experience. I told them I wanted to get a refund and they gave me a big hassle. After going to another dentist I was told the procedure was not done correctly and they should have never touched my tooth unless the root canel was going to get done that same day. My new destist also told me I didn't need a root canel and the reason I was experiencing pain was due to my wisdom teeth pushing against it. This place only cares about draining your insurance money or draining you out of pocket. If I could give this place no stars then I would. Never going back again. Don't be fooled about their kindness. Ask questions before agreeing to anything. For someone that doesn't know much about dental work, they look at it as an advantage to get more money out of you. Educate yourself and ask for second opinions before making a choice. That's were I messed up.

I HAVE to write a review. I went in in a bad mood, because, for some crazy reason I agreed to take in 3 kids, ages 2, 4 and 10 for an 8AM regular check up appointment. My biggest concern was that I didn't know if our insurance was going to cover it all. Well, it did so we went in. All three kids were able to be seen simultaneously. EVERYONE from the office management, dental Hygienists and Dr. Wilkes were absolutely exceptional for and to my children and me. I honestly don't believe that one could have asked for a better experience. And I think this is likely the first time ever that I've left the dentist office in a better mood than when I went in, and that is thanks to their atmosphere and demeanor.

Very kind staff and they are very knowledgeable. I'm glad I found this dental office. They worked with me on a payment plan and fixed my teeth.
