I got my top braces put on today and from day 1 it was an amazing experience everyone was very polite and attentive and explained every step Ms Shelly is who explained my treatment plan she was AMAZING and today was a young lady named Meagan was very sweet and nice and walked me through everything she was doing and of course the doc he is so sweet I have never liked my smile and he assured me i would love it in the end I was always told I couldn't get braces due to alot of other dental work and he told me not to listen to them that he could help me and he has.

Dear Reader,
There must be a better option out there. Not only did they lose my son's first chart where the treatment plan was written out and agreed upon by all parties (before my son had his first appointment!), but they were referred to me because they supposedly took my insurance. Well, that wasn't true, as I had the HMO version, and so we have now paid $185 monthly for almost 2 years. I finished paying off the contract today- in total- and requested an appointment for my son. Guess when they can get him in? April 25th!! 5 weeks away. The kicker is that you still pay a monthly fee every month after the contract is up until the braces are removed! So, they are getting at least another month out of us because they are too busy to give a sooner appointment. Thousands if dollars out of the pocket of a single mother for 2 years apparently isn't enough of my money. Be warned that you are simply a dollar sign to this operation. I don't know where to suggest for personal and timely treatment, I can just tell you it isn't there!

This is the best office I have be in, staff is awesome..Shelley is very helpful. Dr. Quentel is very friendly. My kids felt very comfortable..Thanks for the great experience

The orthodonist and his nurses here are awesome, however the staff is the most obnoxious, unprofessional bunch of low lifes I have ever been subjected to.  They are rude beyond belief.  It is so sad that such a great orthodontist has such a lousy support satff.
