Story

We love cars. We love the way they look, the way they feel and the way they work...even when they don't work. But we love our customers more. Our passion for cars is people-driven. We know that fixing your vehicle is more than just parts and labor...it's putting you back into the driver's seat of your life.

We want all drivers in the CSRA to have trust in their vehicles and peace of mind in their travels. Our mission is to lead the automotive service and repair industry in the CSRA with our reputation of quality, integrity and community.

My 1989 Ford F150 had the original automatic C-6 transmission and after 29 years... needed some attention. Asked around and kept hearing one name to take it to. So glad that I was patient in selecting the transmission shop. Chris, Matt, and Randal worked as a team to make sure my needs were fully exceeded; kept me updated at every step. Special Thanks to Chris for his in-depth knowledge of these Ford trucks. 100% trust in their work. Will be back for any future issues with my truck!!!

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed. Unlike when I went to Bobby Jones Ford for my Fusion. My transmission is sealed and I needed a full service.(hopefully it fixes my trans. Sputter.) I always remember GREAT SERVICE �. I am a beginning Technician, so a lot of things I can't do myself right now.

-update- Chris, the manager/owner called and left a message to tell me they actually had called about the issue at the other location. I returned the call after getting released from ft Gordon. They said they still wouldn't refund me, even though they admitted their employee quoted me $3.68 to turn a vent from being stuck down to stuck up then billed me $368.00. Apparently for them, "it isn't about the money", it's about... something? Lying to customers and not having the character to own your mistake? I don't understand why he felt the need to call me to tell me they still weren't going to own their mistake. Sorry ATC and Chris, it is actually about the money. Well, that and the lack of character it takes to not own a mistake you admit to. Give me full refund, and I'll take down the reviews. It was probably the most insulting, patronizing conversation I've ever had with a business owner.

The staff was friendly, -and courteous. I remained onsite during repair and the team made me feel at home. I loved the diagnostics given and the resulting consultation. I was given a printout from which to 'see' the needs of my vehicle. I was also helped in making a sound decision as to which services to opt for. Jennifer was great, a wonderful 'upfront' person-friendly, and well-informed. Yes, I will return. Yes, I will recommend ATC to others!! BTW the building was clean, and easy to sit in while I waited for repair.

They treat you like family! I was out of town, stressed, probably rude and aggressive because of being stuck and at the mercy of a repair... at no time did they get annoyed or frustrated with me as they knew what I as going through. I couldn't have asked for a better experience... I wish I lived there and could use them for everything. So this is what happened. I was from out of town and had my rear differential go out on my truck while I was hauling a trailer. I took it to them and they immediately knew what was wrong, it was shot and I overheated it. They called me and told me what the repair cost would be and that quote was just not in my budget. That was for a complete replacement and rebuild which would have been great if I had the funds and so I needed something else, somehow. Jennifer took to my needs instantly and started making phone calls and doing research for me through all of their trusted third party suppliers, looking for a used option for me. A few hours later she called me back and laid out a couple of options for me that fit within my budget. I picked the one I felt was best for me and gave them the green light. After a few days of shipping and repair, I got my truck back. When I got it back, I noticed two issues, one personal and one with the new rear differential. I talked to Chris about a noise I heard and he happily dropped what he was doing and jumped into the truck with me to hear it. Given his experience, he said that the noise was nothing to be concerned with and that there's only so much that could be done with getting a "used" rear differential like I did. I didn't like it but he reassured me that it had a 6 month warranty. 6 months later I pulled the plug to check for wear and tear and didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. I've since pulled multiple loads at 15k and below. So I'm happy this far. I will be keeping an eye on it over the next year as well. As for my personal issue... well it's personal but thats also the thing, as a personal issue, they didn't have any obligation to care or help with the problem I had but they did and they did so with a smile on their face. You don't find that anymore in today's society, someone who cares and someone who wants to help when they could have easily just turned their backs to my problem. These people are running a business but they are doing so by taking care of their people and customers. I will forever recommend this place because of how I was treated and how they handled my problems and repair. Great people, great shop!
