Buying a place with Daniel was a relaxed and comfortable experience. I have bought and sold a lot of property in my day and the most recent purchase I made was through Daniel and he made it happen smooth as butter even though there were some tricky circumstances involved with the sale. He helped navigate from start to finish which was truly a great help. The guy shoots straight and stays on task to get the job done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

It's obvious why Daniel Peiken wins the Flagpole Realtor of the Year award. Daniel loves people which means he knows everyone in Athens. Daniel loves Athens which means he knows your neighborhood. Daniel is well-connected, with insider knowledge about the players in this crazy game, and great recommendations for other members of your team. Plus, he has probably been in the house that you want to buy already! Or at least the one next door.

Mr. Daniel Peiken not only got all our crazy questions answered, he usually got them answered quite quickly. Most of all, Daniel is someone you can spend time with, while a lot of realtors – EVEN in Athens – seems a little plastic, or at least guarded. Daniel is a lot of fun as well as a top professional.

We had an excellent time working with Daniel who helped us find the right home for our family. After months of searching and some serious roadblocks dealing with a less experienced real estate agent we reorganized our home-buying team and it all started with Daniel. The process was smooth and his many connections and recommendations really helped including choosing a new lender, finding good home inspector, and selecting a closing attorney. This is a seasoned professional and it really makes all the difference - we can't recommend him enough!

Daniel played a huge role in helping my wife and I buy our first home. We were obviously intimidated but Daniel kept us in check. After looking at 10 or 12 places, he told us that we hadn't yet seen the house that we're going to buy. He said, "You'll know it and I'll know it when we find your place." He was right on the money. We did finally find it, and we all knew it the minute we walked in the front door! Daniel was patient with us, never got frustrated, and never pushed his opinions on us unless we asked him. Thanks Daniel!

Daniel is wonderful to work with.  We've used Daniel to purchase two houses in Athens.  Daniel is very knowledgeable  of the Athens and surrounding market.  One of the houses we purchased Daniel also manages for us.  Daniel has all the bases covered.  We all know house hunting can be stressful, housing hunting with Daniel was like hanging out with your best friend .  No doubt he has YOUR best interest in mind.
