Working with Turner Realty was an excellent experience. Not only are they experts in the local real estate market, but they are very professional, courteous and an absolute pleasure to work with. We stopped came from out of state looking for a lake house and the Turner team took the time to understand our needs, then set out to explain the local lake market and help us find the right fit. Dale knows the lake like nobody else, Clay is familiar with every neighborhood, and Bonnie was amazing keeping the process flowing smoothly and efficiently. Their office is located in the center of the quaint town of Lincolnton, GA. We would recommend the Turner team to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy and  professional real estate agency.

We have worked with Turner Realty on numerous occasions from buying our own home to looking for rental investments. On all occasions, turner realty exceeded our expectations with professionalism, honesty, and knowledge of various types of property and the buying process. Awesome people.  If you ever need help with property at the lake or in Lincoln County this is the group to use for sure.  They are the only group up there really but still if they weren't i would still recommend using them.

Clay helps determine and connect the buyer's values and needs in order to best locate properties that are costum fit. As we considered the educational system and neighborhood dynamics, he offered insight for measuring the best value and style.
