I had a good experience here at this location. I felt the exercises really helped me to recover quickly. I found the staff to be very friendly. The location was convenient to my home as well.

Best physical therapy experience I've ever had. Kathleen was professional from the get go and maintained that thru till the end. The whole staff was exceptionally nice and willing to go the extra mile to help you feel comfortable. Thanks Kathleen!!!!

This place is not comfortable for a chronic pain patient. I went in for a herniated disk in my neck. I was charged a co pay was told that the remainder would be billed to me afterwards. they could not tell me what the final bill would be even though they had the prescription from my general practitioner. The waiting room chairs are very uncomfortable for the back. They lean back to far and there is no cushion at all. I was made to wait over 30 minutes for my appointment. Once I decided that I was not comfortable enough to go thru with the appointment then I had to ask for a refund several times before they actually processed a refund. I recommend a spa place like massageluxe better than this place.
