I went in for a DOT physical for my job. Wasn't given a full DOT medical card because the Dr assumed that I needed a sleep apnea test done b4 he could give me my full amount of time relative to my medical card. I tried to explain that the Federal Government rescebded on that law some time ago. Drivers doesn't need them anymore. Still wasn't given one. He then gave me a 3 month one and said that I will have to show that I took the sleep test in 3 more months and will have to pay for an additional DOT test in 3 months after my employer paid for the original DOT test. I ended up going to an Urgent Care for another opinion, was given my DOT test and passed. Concentra is a scam!! Don't know DOT rules and regulations. I won't ever go back to Concentra if I could help it.

I've been to this location a few times. After my recent visit, I felt as if one of the employees was having a bad day, which showed while communicating back in forth. This particular person was not informative when I had questions. Although that was my only bad experience here, the secretaries at the front desk are always helpful with big smiles on their faces.

If you like doctors that hardly speak and they are in and out in under 5 minutes then your in luck. I have no idea what my hearing test said, and I couldn't even tell you the name of the doctor that saw me.

I went there for drug testing for my job and the lady I worked with had an attitude out of this world and then told me I had to retake the test! Then they violated my privacy by standing in the restroom with me. I’ve never had this happen to me ever before but then again I didn’t have to deal with this company
