We were referred to Mark long ago, and have been thrilled with his agency on every level. Our entire family uses Atkinson Insurance and we rave about them to others every chance we get. Years ago when I was rear-ended, I called Mark at his home on a weekend, and he provided very helpful input and advice. Everybody needs an umbrella policy - another piece of sage advice that has paid off for us. We're so thankful for our great service and coverage with Mark and his exceptional team!

We were referred to the Atkinson group by a family member.  We had been with another provider for many many years but were not getting the customer service that we felt we deserved.  The only time we were contacted by them was for the selling of additional insurance.  The Atkinson group has done an excellent job in providing its services and including us in various fun activities. The staff is easy to contact and sincere in helping us with our needs.  We are very satisfied customers.

I hope my rating of 10 came through.  I  hit 0 by mistake first and that is opposite of the truth!  We have been very happy with prices,  customer service,  and coverage reviews. Knowledgeable staff and professional service.  We do recommend your agency to our friends and family.  When we were selling our old home and buying a new home your personnel made sure we had all the proper coverages in place throughout the process.  Thanks for the great service!

You guys have been very accommodating whenever I needed help. Even when the billing cycle has issues when we first started out, you guys jumped on it very quickly. Also, when I needed my billing cycle adjusted for my own personal reasons you guys were more than willing to help. Thanks Kerrie!
