I've been a loyal member of State farm for years: Ever since I bought my first car. However just recently I was in an accedient, and just when I needed State Farm the most, this agent and his representatives made the entire process much harder then it needed to be. Not to mention, Kari on more than one occasion has a real attitude whenevwr we needed to talk. 
I don't recommend this agent to anyone.

I contacted Ken's office staff several months ago to get homeowner's insurance on a new home that I was purchasing.  I contacted Ken's office several weeks before I was going to close on the home, but they delayed getting back to me with details I needed until a few days before closing.  Ultimately, Kari (who appears to be the only one running the office for Ken) called me and repeatedly gave me misinformation, interrupted me, and ultimately hung-up on me and left me with no homeowner's insurance only a few days before I was going to close. 

I emailed and asked her to have Ken call me back, but she either failed to notify him of my request, or he chose not to.

Ultimately, I ended up getting homeowner's insurance from a State Farm agent in another part of town, and the agent there was great and got everything done very quickly.  

Dealing with Ken's low quality staff made the entire process much more stressful than it needed to be.  If you're considering State Farm for your insurance needs, call anyone other than this guy.

If I could give it a 0,  I would.  Kari or Karli is rude and nasty, and instead of trying to help out a client, Ken stands by his staff, so no wonder  the service from them is what it is.   Would not recommend to anyone ever!
