I was very nervous about my procedure but the staff made me feel at ease and no problems whatsoever. Highly recommend!

At the pre-op I was quoted $833 for wisdom teeth removal after insurance, then two days before my surgery they told me it was $1075 because their contract with my insurance company changed. They called me the day before to tell me the doctor who did my pre-op would be at another location the day of my surgery, so I could drive there or have another doctor. I chose the other doctor. When I got there the day of the receptionist asked if I had a cyst, I said I didn't know, she said "I guess not, they won't take it out then" ???? 
The surgery itself was fine. 
They made my follow up appt for a day after I had gone back to work so I had to cancel it, but it was taking forever for my swelling and pain to go away. I couldn't take any more time off work so I called to see if I could go to their location that's next to my work. Crystal was extremely rude and said that the follow up had to be done by the same doctor who did my surgery and basically told me I was SOL. I really just wanted to make sure there was no infection, any doctor could've done that. After 12 or so days of pain I decided to finally just make an appt and just leave work early one day. After all that the appt wasn't even with the doctor who did my surgery. 
Now I'm getting bills for "decalcifying tissue" apparently for testing the cyst. I was never told the results of any test. For all I know there was no cyst.

Had a tooth go bad and was referred here by my dentist, I was so happy that they offered me multiple options and recommendations for treatment.  They understood that i was nervous and helped me feel comfortable and at ease.  Kris took extra good care of me and made me feel that i could trust that i was in good hands.  And the Dr did a great job i felt no pain and was in and out.  Strongly recommend this company.

Dr.Treadway and his staff were absolutely amazing!!  Comforting, funny, gentle... Couldn't have asked for anyone better to work on me.

They had to have my social just to tell me a referral is needed to book an appointment, also a very negative atmosphere.
