If you need flexible scheduling and polite help over the phone, this is not the place for you.  They are doing a good job the techs that see my kids, but dealing with them on the phone is a nightmare.  Who opens an office one day a week?  Anyway, I want to reiterate, that the people who actually take care of the kids are excellent.  Their administrative process is a nightmare.   All we needed was help with to get a wire from hurting my child’s mouth, but they are so inflexible with scheduling it takes several calls.  It’s just the truth and consumers need to know.  I won’t even get into the young girl on the phone that kept yawning while she was talking to me.

I received Ortho care at the Cartersville location. The assisting staff were very nice and very welcoming.  The doctor was phenomenal! He was attentive to my needs and made every necessary adjustment to gain the desired result. Very pleased with my experience and definitely recommend them for quality, affordable orthodontist services.

I am updating my previous review from a 1 and want to clarify that this was not about the Cartersville Staff.  They are GREAT!  I can’t give them a 5 since they only open one day a week, but that’s there business model.  Also, there is a central billing and scheduling line that supports the office.  However, staff and physicians are great in Cartersville.

Absolutely incredible. They have definitely exceeded my expectations and I recommend them highly.
My daughter's teeth look amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. They are very accommodating to the parents and client. The waiting area always has a movie playing for entertainment. They are always fantastic! I highly recommend! Their goal is for your child to have the best and perfect smile.

Dr. Signare and all the staff at Family Orthodontics are great. I have had nothing but a great experience with them.
