This is a large park with easy access off of I-75 so there is some road noise.. The roads into the park as well as inside the park are easy to navigate. They have around 150 sites as well as cabins. There is a pool and a fishing pond. Check in was fast and friendly. We were in Site A3, a gravel pull through that was plenty long enough for our 37-foot Class A, tow-dolly and parking the car. It was very narrow and no picnic table. WiFi was spotty and our Verizon signal was strong. We stayed January 10, 2017 and paid $36.00 a night with our Good Sam discount.

The best Atlanta has to offer. There are very few options to stop and sleep in Atlanta and this is  great location. It is extremely easy to find and even though it is close to the expressway, we never heard traffic noise on one of the busiest nights to travel. The bathrooms were perfect. The showers are large. The water was wonderful. My hair felt so soft after washing it with this water.  We arrived after the office was closed. Their directions were great to get to our spot. The campground was quiet and there are no dog areas for those of us who want to sleep in a no bark zone. There are areas for the those who travel with pets. I liked that.

Late night check in very easy. Site very clean, pull through and level. Sites are a bit small but great for overnight stays

The people were very nice and bathrooms were very clean and updated despite the aged exterior appearance of the building.  They allow pets but the dog run was not well maintained.  The biggest issue is overcrowding.  The spaces are long enough but minimal green space to buffer between the RVs.  It is obvious by the number of pickups leaving at 0600 that some people park their RV here and commute in to work.  The amount of early morning commuter traffic in the park ruins the park like vacation setting.  Don't let the tall trees fool you.

Every year when we stop in Atlanta for Thanksgiving we stay here, one of the only decent RV parts close to Atlanta. this year we had car trouble and the owner willingly moved our one night reservation forward one day, no charge, right at holiday time.  Never got that at a KOA. Nice quiet park.  Decent price, too.
