Words can't describe the disappointment I feel about chapel hill park. Today like any day I took myself and my pet to the park. I love sitting by the lake or sometimes walking the trail. But today was not what i expected. Me and my pet was close to being attacked by dog. No owner no leash. By the grace of God I was able to getaway by a school bus and a gentleman that happen to be driving by. Literally its not just that though...sometimes there is broken glass..garbage bags in the woods etc. This use to be my place of solitude which is very heartening. Im glad there wasn't any children around or any other person. As a community we need to do better.

I wish they had a basketball court or baseball field. Other than that, it's a nice park for a trail walk and picnic. It has a nice lake as well.

Thus would have been better stars but we take our son here about 9 times already. Many times there are no parents watching their children. They sit in there vehicles behind building and leave young children alone. Also one day there was a guy getting high and as he was leaving you could see his gun hanging out his pants. He was sitting right in the play area. He had no kids there.this is not acceptable.

Decent park. Ok walking path part of it wasn’t paved but my daughter loved the kids playground.

This place has been there for me through the toughest and roughest times in my life. I will always love and respect Chapel Hill Park.
