When I first decided I wanted to propose to my girlfriend (at the time), I went looking for engagement rings at jewelry stores all across Douglasville.  First, I went to large name-brand stores.  I found about five rings that I was pleased with and within my price range.  Each of these rings had a feature that I liked and knew my future fiancée would love.  I thought about one of my friends who worked at Atlanta West Jewelry (AWJ) and decided to give them a visit.  After meeting with Shain, I found out that he could personally design a ring that combined all of my desired features of the other rings into one.  I was ecstatic.  For just a little bit more money than what the other rings would have cost me, AWJ created a custom-designed ring for me with a diamond TWICE the size of the other rings that I was looking at.  I began a layaway program and paid monthly payments for nearly a year before I had the ring built.  Throughout the process, Shain and his staff were very friendly and helpful.  Overall, I had a wonderful experience with AWJ.  The only trouble that I had was when the ring was built.  The first two builds were not built entirely correctly.  Both rings were beautiful, but lacked a feature or two.  The mix-up was the result of building the ring a year after the discussion Shain and I had.  I highly doubt others will face this same issue.  Both times that I went to pick up the ring and explained that it was not “just right” Shain apologized and quickly fixed the issue.  Third time was the charm and the finished product was as beautiful as the woman who wears it.  I am very happy that I chose AWJ.  My fiancée absolutely loves the ring, and she receives non-stop compliments from her friends and others that meet her and view her social media.  I could not have picked a better jewelry store with a better customer service staff.

Sold me a FAKE pandora bracelet last year it broke and i went to try and replace it and they told me it fake. Do not recommend

They obviously do not care to check their correspondence through their website, I messaged them through the website 2 weeks ago to no avail, no one has responded at all!

I was recommended by a friend to use them for our wedding bands. They have the ability to customize them for you which is great. Though it took several weeks and very poor communication a re make I finally got my ring and was beautiful after the made it right. I wish they had communicated better but then they added me to their own personal call list which I find tacky.
