Very nice and clean Walmart. I called ahead to ask if they had the art supplies I needed and the woman on the other end was very warm and helpful. She put me on hold and went to search for the items I needed. She returned and said they were in stock and we ended the call. I was a little bit skeptical as the supplies I needed normally aren't sold in department stores, but I decided to come in anyway. Lo and behold, the supplies I needed were in the art section just as she said they were. I decided last minute that I wanted to buy a bottle of acrylic chalk paint but I couldn't find it. A young lady came over and got down on her hands knees as she searched for the paint. We gave up our search but after about three minutes she found it in another aisle and brought it to me. I went to self checkout and the process was very easy and painless. The employees were very helpful, the art section was well stocked, and self checkout moved very quickly. I highly recommend this Walmart.

I had the store from lithia springs to call the one off cascade to see if they had a certain item. I heard the woman asked for what I wanted and the girl told her that they had it. And all the colors. Get all the way over there and they had nothing! !!!!!!!!! I asked the girl that was working in that department and all she could do was look stupid. This is why I hate going to Walmart. Wasted my time and gas. To me it get no stars but you have to hit one to post.

My experience at this Wal-Mart was horrible. The lines were outrageous and multiple cashier's were refusing customers stating that they were closing. For this to be such a big company with such a high demand there should be more than enough workers at work time. I ended up leaving my items and going to another company to spend my money that actually had employee wanting to serve their customers.

What more can I say that you havent already experienced at a walmart. They have a poor reputation and this location is making every effort to sustain their negative image: filthy bathrooms, broke down shopping carts, trashy parking lot, out of items, rude cashiers, etc. I can go on and on but you already know how it is.

There are a couple of people at this particular store that have shown a high level of competence, which I greatly appreciate! For example, Irwin in the Tire & Lube department had me feeling completely satisfied recently and had me leaving with a big smile! :)
