Canceled appointments without notice. Refused to send info to std insurance provider then refused service when i couldn't pay. Left me In a cast for almost 2 months and counting. Hope my hand is ok.

I fractured my finger and was referred to this group by the urgent care for follow up. My appt was made on July 28, 2016 for August 1, 2016. One hour before my appt they cancelled. I was okay with them cancelling, but they made no attempt to help me make a follow up appt. I was transferred to scheduling and left on hold for 15-20 mins, finally I was prompted to leave my number. I finally got in contact with someone almost a hour later and again there was no help in getting an appt. I was referred to the director of operations, when he finally called me back I was told the secretary tried to make an appt for me, which was a complete lie. In the end, I have an acute fracture , there was no attempt to have me seen, and the one appt that was made was cancelled. Horrible customer service!

when my son was injured on the job they set his broken leg in the hospital and later arranged two operations even though he had no insurance. Dr Carofino and Dr. Campbell are the best. he also saw Dr Moore who was excellent. staff is very helpful also.
