I called and made an appointment, when I showed up at the time of the appointment that was made I was told that no appointment was on file. So I scheduled another appointment another week out, that was as soon as I could get one (in the mean time I had bad ear pain). I decided to not wait any longer to see one of their doctors. I got immediate service from another provider. The following day I received a phone call from LTD. saying I missed my appointment. No one seems to know what is going on!! I would not recommend this place for any type of care.

My dad had an appointment at 10:30 this morning. He showed up at 10:15 so he was more than on time for his appointment. He did not get called back to be seen until 12:00, 1 1/2 HOURS after his scheduled appointment!! That is ridiculous and unacceptable to have to wait that long to be seen. What is the point of having an appointment if you have to wait that long?! They should not even bill him for his visit today! Very disappointed!!

Horrible place. I absolutely hate it. Front office staff/appointment staff were rude, very unprofessional and even HUNG UP in my face. The doctor rescheduled my daughters appointment 3 times in one day, I'm sorry I HAVE TO WORK and work around you which I'm sure you could care less about. The office staff was even rude to my mother who had to take my daughter to a previous appointment because again I have to work and the doctor told my mother to apologize to the staff woman who was rude to my mother. Really! You obviously need a reality check and got one from me at my LAST appointment with you guys. I tried to give you all the benefit of the doubt. Mistake. I requested for all my daughters medical records and I will be switching doctors and going above this practice to whomever to discuss this matter. You guys are terrible and I hope every doctor, nurse and office staff read this.
