Atlantic storage on Collins ave is second to none for customer service. They are competetively prices units and provide military discount to active duty. Fred and Ginger are the best!

My clothes got mold growing on them.  Climate controlled storage places run temperatures in the summer 78-80 degrees.  This place runs 85+.  I complained to the manager that this place was hotter than any other storage company I used.  He denied it and said they have been adding more cooling units.  Not true. The ventilation her sucks.

Use another company, this one is completely useless. Front office are morons and told me since I PAID IN ADVANCE I would not get a prorated refund. So like any good consumer I called corporate, 10 times and NOONE EVER ANSWERED.....ever. Finally someone called me back and told me no refund would be issued, uh... Refund? No i want my money back for what I didn't use. He then told me they could prorate, when the office told me they couldn't. Oh, wait you need a 2 week notice so guess what, no refund.... Don't waste your time, with so many options just go elsewhere.

Website links are broke, nobody ever answers the corporate number.  And none of the individual properties habe a website .  Useless.
