IRA have been trying to get my medication refilled for the last two months and nothing has progressed. The charge nurse, some short haired blonde, between the age of 50  and 60 is extremely arrogant, disrespectful and rude towards all clients. It is evident she is more interested in the money and the welfare of the patients. I am reporting her to JACHO, OBRA and the AMA. I would advise anybody seeking medical attention to seek another medical facility not this one. She is a total disgrace.

I been going to the clinic since 2005 when DR. Robert slating was primary doctor, I got hep-c treatment there successfully. Since Dr. Masur became primary doctor all I seen is this doctor sending me to do numerous tests that I have done before with the same diagnostic, a clear waste of taxpayers money. Also I have been presured by Dr. Masur to do a Fusion surgery on my neck to which I have done research and talked to many patients of this procedure which tell me that it does not fix anything and they are doing a lot worst than before the surgery, I have talked to 

dr. Masur about research I done were nano surgery will be used because of the critical measurements involved in the neck vertebrate also some research with some pain medication without side effects, Dr. Masur have totally ignored my input and have accused me of not following her advise. I always thought that decision would be mine all she can do is give me advise. Last thing this Dr. Masur did was accuse me of threatening behavior and discharged/prevent me from going to the clinic, the threatening behavior alleged was me telling another doctor to Google my name.  There's something wrong with this doctor be careful question  all advise from her get a second opinion this Dr. is surgery crazy, since its not her under the knife she don't care as a matter of fact if you complaint or voice your opinion she wont see you again and find a reason to get rid of you. She wants guinea pigs as patients there. Be careful and God Bless you all, believe you me it will come out soon enough, there's funny business down at the health plex.

I was very unhappy with my visit. The doctor was 3 hours. And the nurse said she would have my law paper the same day. And she didn't. So now I'm not getting paid at work. I'm very unhappy with their services.
