I used Atlas cab w/ my cousin when we worked at the same place and the price for the ride was always consistent and the drivers were not always understandable w/ their accents but they were always getting us where we needed to be in a time we appreciated. Of course there were a few times where they didn’t arrive exactly when we wanted but life happens and the drivers were never rude to us. Now when I ride with Atlas they recognize my cousin and I and give us a dollar or two off our ride fare.

I've ride with this company for a few years and let me tell you what. The owners are crappy. The one that's on days (also dispatches)never wants to give you an estimate. He can say he will be right there but he will take up to an hour to get there, give you no discount, and get bitchy because you don't tip and or called several times to know where he was. Dude at nights is the most arrogant person I've met. Always wants to argue about something. You can tell him some thing you know for sure and  try to tell you you are wrong. He has a habit of blaming others for his mistakes. I would request a cab several hours in advance sometimes even see the dude write it down in the log and the night guy would blame one of the drivers in the day (only good driver there). You are better off calling yellow or any other cab. The one good driver that was there quit and is the only reason I waited this long to write this review.  If I could give zero stars I would.

We called to reserve a cab early in the morning to the Amtrak station. The driver arrived on time and was pretty friendly.

Watched me struggle with my six bags for five minutes. Got me there quickly and let me struggle with my bags again. Extra charge for credit card. Take an uber.
